Spacious apartment was clean and modern with washing machine, microwave, and good blackout blinds, WiFi was superbly fast and staff were responsive.
The apartment was comfortable and had a washing machine and dryer, the supervisor accepted to extend check-out till 1pm instead of 11am, staff were superb and replaced a missing battery in the TV remote within 30 minutes, the building was quite new with good location near convenient stores and restaurants.
Good value for money with spacious and clean rooms that had air conditioning and free bottled water daily, breakfast was simple but nice with reasonable selections, staff were very nice and helpful though one lady in the cafe lounge did not wear a mask while coughing near food, location was convenient close to malls like Lalaport and Berjaya Times Square as well as monorail stations Hang Tuah and Imbi.
Early check-in was allowed if the room was ready and a bigger room was given as an upgrade.
The apartment was huge with a great view of KLCC and the pool had great views. The room was clean and comfortable with WiFi service. The host was friendly and made check-in and check-out easy.
The apartment was spacious with a balcony, kitchen facilities, washing machine, and Wi-Fi speed was awesome. The staff was very nice and helped to store luggage for a few hours until check-in.
